Day 01: Arrival in Varanasi
Arrive at Varanasi airport in the afternoon and transfer to your hotel. In the evening, head to the Ganges for a peaceful boat ride followed by the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at the renowned Dashashwamedh Ghat. This main ghat, located near the Vishwanath Temple, is steeped in legend, with stories of Lord Brahma welcoming Lord Shiva and performing the Dasa-Ashwamedha yajna here. Spend the night in Varanasi. (Transportation is provided for airport arrival, evening Ganga Aarti, and boating.)
Day 02: Varanasi
Begin your day with early morning temple visits, including Kashi Vishwanath, Annapurna Mandir, and Kala Bhairav Mandir, followed by Sankat Mochan Mandir, Durga Mandir, Tulsi Manas Mandir, and a visit to the Benaras Hindu University (BHU), After breakfast, proceed to Sarnath, where Gautama Buddha delivered his first sermon after attaining enlightenment. Explore Sarnath’s attractions, including the Sarnath Museum, ancient ruins, and the Mahabodhi Society Temple. The evening is at your leisure. Overnight stay in Varanasi.
Day 03: Varanasi – Prayagraj (130 km, approx. 3 hours one way)
After an early breakfast, check out and transfer to Allahabad, a city steeped in history and religious significance. Originally known as Prayag, it is located at the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Sarasvati rivers and has been a vital center of culture and politics. Visit key sites such as the holy Sangam for a sacred dip, Bada Hanuman Mandir, the sacred Akshayavat tree, and Anand Bhawan, the birthplace of India’s first Prime Minister, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru. Overnight stay in Prayagraj.
Day 04: Allahabad – Ayodhya (180 km, approx. 4 hours one way)
After breakfast, check out and travel to Ayodhya, the ancient city believed to be the birthplace of Lord Rama and the setting of the epic Ramayana. Explore significant sites such as Ram Janam Bhoomi, Kanak Bhawan, Hanuman Garhi, Raj Darbar, and Karsevak Sthal. After your visit, check in at your hotel in Faizabad for an overnight stay.
Day 05: Ayodhya – Varanasi (230 km, approx. 6 hours one way)
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer back to Varanasi. Upon arrival, settle in for an overnight
stay in Varanasi.
Day 06: Departure from Varanasi
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Varanasi airport for your onward or return journey.
